11 Months

Well Sweet Girl...You are just a month away from your first Birthday! 11 months and on the move.  You lose more and more and more baby every day, hour, minute and second...  Your simple first steps took our breathe away and then you really got the hang of toddling around and now you are picking up your balls or shape sorter and are just plain on the move! (Thank goodness there is no running quite yet)

This post will be short, scattered and sweet because there are just not enough hours in the day to list all the amazing things you are doing.  We also know that we have to be far more alert because your adventurous ways and need to keep our eyes on you instead of the computer....but I couldn't miss the last month post before you turn one, so here we go...

You are talking a little bit and clearly know mama, dada, ba-ba (bottle), ellow (yellow), hi, buh-bye, and many more...Parker you are SO SMART!

• You know what a cow, lamb, dog and lion say, and continue to make us laugh with your baby gremlin noises.  
• You know what you need and when you need it and will scream and point and say that just to get it.  
• You continue to eat like a big girl and scare mommy with every cough you make, which I am now wise too...faker...  
• Swim lessons are still a favorite and we are going to stop them for a bit this summer so we can enjoy our community pool, but I'm sure we will pick them up again in the fall.  You have become the master bubble blower of the class and are even starting to scoop your hands in the water...I'm still convinced that you are a future Olympian and so is Coach Mark from class this week!
• You are sweet and gentle, we hear that you bring toys to all the new babies at school and pat them gently when crying and say "Hi! Baby"
• You love to wave still and give great hugs and kisses (sometimes fishy kisses, sometimes full on open mouth) but those on the receiving end are so grateful and just fall a little more in-love with you, if that's even possible.

P...in just a few short weeks, you will be 1!  You are our greatest adventure yet and we can't wait to celebrate your big day!
