Happy 5 month Birthday sweet Parker! You are so loved and we are so thankful for you!
You smile, laugh, play, and give us all so much love!
We are waiting for your first tooth to pop out, we know it's coming you are drooling crazy buckets and sometime shriek in pain till we give you something cool to chew on. Soon lady, soon...we know it will come and we will all get a little more rest!
Your loves: Sophie the Giraffe, puppy, daddy and mommy. You still love being in your bouncy seat, but are getting the hang of your jump-a-roo. Daddy just got you a bumpo seat and that is pretty cool. You are desperate to sit up all on your own with no support and just have at the world.
In general you sleep ok...you still get up one to two times a night... As of late you have regressed, but we know with the teeth on their way you must be aching a bit. You are taking about 6 ounces of milk at a time at school and are still nursing in the morning and after school through evening...
You laugh a lot and think you are so funny. You have a laugh that will brighten anyones day that sounds a little like panting and then a shriek of delight and every once in awhile there is a snort... Hopefully we capture it on video soon.
You rounded out month 5 on a high note, celebrating your first Thanksgiving and it was so much fun. You "ran" in your first 5K, sat in a high chair for the first time ( you were desperate to get your hands on some food, but it didn't happen...we hope soon) and you were the center of attention and did not disappoint, even when you decided it was time for a nap and you let grandma put you down.
On Friday Grandma Rosie and Papa came to visit and you wowed them with all that you knew how to do and your big smiles. They so loved getting to spend so much time with you and seeing you in action. You marveled at the lights that Papa and Daddy put up outside and we know you are trying to figure out why there is a tree in the foyer...little do you know there is so much more to come!
